Zeer milde en zoete Matcha-thee. Deze hoogwaardige Matcha-thee is afkomstig van biologische landbouw.
Matcha-thee bereiden: Doe ongeveer 1 gram Matcha-theepoeder in een kom voor elke 100 ml thee die u zet. Giet het tot 80°C afgekoelde gekookte water in een kom thee en klop het snel met een speciale Chasen-garde tot het gewenste schuim op het oppervlak ontstaat.
